During my Allina Health internship, I received the opportunity to write a news release to announce Allina Health's high marks in the Racial Equity Dividends Index Report, which revealed its unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work. After crafting this news release, I went through the appropriate steps to recieve approval from the teams of Jacqueline Thomas-Hall, vice president, chief DEI&B officer of Allina Health and Lisa Shannon, president and CEO of Allina Health.
